Dr. Kennedy Ongaro
	Dr. Kennedy Ongaro is a Senior Lecturer and specialist in Community Development.
	He holds a BA degree, a Master of Arts Degree and a PhD. Degree all in Community Development. He is a development researcher and entrepreneur involved in ensuring networking with NGOs in community development.

Dr. Ongaro has participated in various local and international seminars and workshops in Participatory Rural Apraisal, Appreciative Inquiry, Environment and Health, Food and Security, Politics and Economy, Developmental Science among others.

He has widely researched and published in the field of gender and development, rural development, violence and dynamics in human relations.
