The School of Human and Social Sciences wishes to thanks all the delegates who attended and participated in the recently concluded international child development symposium organized and hosted by Daystar University, at the Sarova Pan Afric Hotel, between the 9th -11th Nov 2011.

The symposium hosted some 123 delegates from different parts of the world. 23 papers addressing the plight of the African Child were presented at the symposium.

All the academic presentations made at the symposium are currently under editing, and shall be published thereafter. The published compilation will be out for purchase soon.
