Mrs. Alice Mumbi Mutua Mrs. Mutua is a Lecturer of  Psychology at Daystar University’s School of Human & Social Sciences.   She holds BA in Religion from Azusa Pacific University, USA; MA in Counseling Psychology from the United States International University, Nairobi-Kenya and MA in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, USA.

Mrs. Mutua has a teaching experience of over ten years in institutions of higher learning. Prior to joining Daystar University in 2007 Mrs. Mutua was a lecturer of Theology and Christian counseling at Scott Theological College, Machakos, Kenya.      Mrs. Mutua has been been active in curriculum development including the undergraduate curriclum in Counseling Psychology for Africa International University.  She has also facilitated several workshops and seminars on marriage, divorce and remarriage. Currently, she facilitates group discussions among couples and has spearheaded the leadership, organization and launching of “the least of these” a 3-day Christian Camp at Kali-Mbooni for HIV and AIDS orphaned children. She has widely researched and published in the areas of pre and post marriage relations and encounter.
